Lead Qualification Manager

HG Data, the global leader in market intelligence for installed technologies, seeks a highly motivated and energetic individual to accelerate and improve the return on its marketing investment. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing lead qualification procedures with the mandate of continuous improvement on all metrics that matter. This new role will be instrumental in executing the Company’s plans for growth. This position is located in Santa Barbara, California.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on up-funnel lead generation planning, nurturing cycle creation, and goal-setting
  • Establish and execute a lead qualification touchpoint plan that includes email and phone
  • Motivate, coach, and supervise a team of inside sales development representatives
  • Monitor and optimize lead outreach activity through call monitoring—lead by doing
  • Develop a lead qualification scoring model, set goals, and lead inside business development team to meet and achieve objectives
  • Drive outbound prospecting in key targeted accounts both individually and with inside sales development team
  • Work with Sales Operations on marketing automation and CRM implementation details to ensure reliable tracking of key details
  • Provide regular feedback to team, management, and any other stakeholders
  • Interface with Sales leadership on pipeline matters and marketing-sales team alignment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B technology or B2B services inside sales or business development
  • Strong prospecting and phone sales—bold determination
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing technology business models and industry landscape a plus
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to assess a competitive landscape and know the competition
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • A team player who is polished, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
