Position Overview: The Technical Customer Success Specialist will work directly with HG Data’s largest clients and prospects to ensure they achieve maximum success with our product and data offerings. This support includes technical fit qualification, data integration, professional product demonstrations, contributing to product strategy and applying business intelligence industry knowledge throughout the customer lifecycle. Multiple touch points exist within our Enterprise accounts that work with different data driven tools and have different use cases and pain points they are working to solve. As a result, you will develop a diverse toolkit of solutions and industry knowledge to serve their data and technical needs.
